The articles should be sent printed by duplicate with original well defined photographies, in separate sheets of the text with their numeration clearly established to the margin or setback with blue pencil, accompanied by a letter directed to the Editor, asking to be considered for their publication in ADV. MAT. SCI. & TECH.. Original print works are necessary to be sent to arbitrators. Figures and photographies will we kept in our files as a testimony of the editorial handling. Three months later you will receive the letter of recommendation for your acceptance acceptance and the corresponding considerations.
Articles, graphics or drawings may be sent in micro floppy disks using well known processor text format specifying the version. (i.e. WordPerfect, Wordstar, MS-Word for Windows). Illustrations should be digitalized to a resolution not minor of 300 DPI (photographies and images to 600 DPI and 256 colors) and stored in formats TIFF, GIF, JPEG, BMP, PCX or a well known instead. They could be sent by electronics mail (uu-encoded, attached, etc.). If this so, we ask to contact us previously using our E-mail address.
The text must come prepared in a form such that it adjusts to international procedures of publication, each work except for Short Notes, must follow as stated bellow:
Copies of article submitted will be sent to three international referees for its review, upon which lay the decission of accepting or not for publication. Response will be sent to prospective authors as soon as receiving it from referees, together with their respective recommendations. Accepted manuscripts will be included in electronic listings, web page and forwarded to press.
